A lovely young couple's small and intimate civil ceremony at Wandsworth Town Hall before a larger celebration later in the year...
Above is a selection of wedding photography at Wandsworth Town Hall by London wedding photographer Minna Rossi. The lovely young couple, will be having a bigger Muslim wedding ceremony at a later date so this was just brief reportage style coverage of the civil ceremony at Wandsworth Registry Office and relaxed, casually posed individual and group portraits afterwards.
While the couple were being interviewed by the registrars, I did quick snaps of the girls' last minute finishing touches to make up and outfits and a few portraits.
After a bit of a rushed start this was quite a relaxed affair. They mentioned they wanted to have the group shots sitting down on the marble hall stairs so I knew they were up for some fun shots mixed in with more classical, formal portraits. I saw the girls taking a group selfie whilst I was getting a shot of one of the boys and thought that would actually make for a great little group shot of the girls -after a bit of tweaking to ensure we could see everyone and had the bride in the spotlight of course :)
They also requested that all the guests were photographed individually, which I think makes a lovely gift for each guest as a reminder of the day.
